What is the delivery time?
Once your order has been shipped, we will do our best to ship your purchased Walra products as soon as possible. At the moment, orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered the next business day. Are you ordering during the weekend? Then you will have to be a little more patient, because you will receive your order on Tuesday. The same delivery time applies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Who will deliver my order?
Our priority is to deliver the shipment as agreed the next day via our partner DHL. It may happen that we use another carrier, if this is necessary to deliver your package on time.
How do I know where my order is?
As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email from us. In this email you will also find a Track & Trace link with which you can track your order. If the track & trace link gives an 'oops..', then your order is with the carrier but it still needs to be scanned. As soon as the carrier has scanned the package, you can track your order using the active track & trace code that you received in the email.
